Referral programme terms
Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
The Vesta referral programme ("Programme") is run by NOVAMARKET DI CANNAVO' MICHAEL, Via Roma 213, 95030 Mascalucia (CT), Italia, P. IVA 06173360873, REA CT-474343. These terms govern participation by creators, streamers and pages ("Creators") and apply in addition to the Vesta Terms of service, which remain in force. By taking part you accept both.
2. Admission
The Programme is invite-only. Ask for access by writing to [email protected] or through live chat, telling us where you publish and who your audience is. We may accept or decline any request at our discretion without giving reasons. Your participation starts when you receive your code and access to the creator dashboard.
3. Minors
You must be at least 14. If you are 14 to 17 you may take part only with the written consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you, is responsible for compliance and receives payouts to a PayPal account in their name. We may ask for proof of age and consent at any time and suspend your code until we receive it.
Content promoting Vesta must not push other minors to buy without their parents' permission or take advantage of their inexperience.
4. Your code and how you earn
You receive a personal code to share in your content. People who subscribe to Plus or Pro with your code pay the normal list price. You earn the percentage shown in your dashboard (12% unless otherwise agreed) on the amount actually collected for each subscription activated with your code, for every month it stays active.
No earnings are due on: unpaid, refunded or charged-back subscriptions, or ones cancelled during the withdrawal period; subscriptions activated with your code by you or by accounts linked to you; subscriptions obtained by breaking these terms.
5. Payouts and taxes
Earnings for a month are paid via PayPal within 7 days of the month closing, to the PayPal address saved in your dashboard. Amounts refunded or charged back after a payout may be deducted from later payouts.
You are responsible for declaring your earnings and for any tax obligations in your country. We may ask for the details needed to pay you (name, tax code or VAT number) and hold payouts until we receive them.
6. Being transparent with your audience
Whenever you mention Vesta with your code you must clearly disclose that it is a paid partnership, for example with #ad or #adv or the platform's branded-content tool. Disclosures must be visible, not buried among many hashtags or only in comments, as required by Italian consumer law and the AGCOM influencer guidelines.
7. What is not allowed
• Spam: unsolicited messages, repeated comments, mass emails or group blasts.
• Paid advertising using the Vesta brand, including search-engine keywords.
• False or misleading claims about Vesta, its prices or guaranteed grades.
• Promising discounts, gifts or refunds Vesta does not offer.
• Posing as Vesta or its staff, or creating accounts or pages that look official.
• Illegal, violent, hateful, sexual or otherwise unsuitable content next to your code.
• Encouraging cheating, misuse of Vesta in tests or exams, or breaking school rules.
• Fake subscriptions, multiple accounts or any code fraud.
8. Brand and content
You may use the Vesta name and logo only to talk about the Programme, without altering them. The content you create stays yours. You let us reshare it free of charge on Vesta's official channels, crediting you, while you are in the Programme; you can ask us to remove it at any time.
9. Online community
On request we can set up a study community linked to you inside Vesta. You run it under the Vesta Terms: we may moderate, suspend or close it if it is misused or if you leave the Programme.
10. Relationship between the parties
Taking part does not create employment, agency or partnership. There is no exclusivity and no minimum amount of content. You may not speak for Vesta or make commitments on our behalf.
11. Suspension and leaving
You can leave the Programme at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or end your participation if you break these terms: in case of fraud or serious breach, unpaid earnings are not due. Otherwise we pay the earnings accrued up to the date you leave.
12. Changes and governing law
We may change the Programme or these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard. If you disagree you can leave before the changes take effect. Italian law applies. Data you give us for the Programme is processed under our Privacy policy.
