Help/Subscription and payments

Cancelling and going back to Free

In Billing press Go back to Free at the end of the period: you keep your plan until it ends and pay nothing more. You can change your mind with Undo cancellation until the period is over.

After it ends you have 5 days in which everything still works. Then documents beyond the Free plan limits are locked: they stay saved, you see them with a padlock, and they unlock as soon as you subscribe again. We never delete anything.
